Transformation Shared Services (Pty) Ltd (better known as “TSS”) is a South African corporate investment partner and advisory consulting company registered in 2013, with a view to assist businesses with organisational development and equity ownership solutions.
The concept was created to provide businesses with access to a shared services company that could render a variety of services to it, while building the business for optimal growth and financial prosperity as co-holders of equity.
The ultimate aim is to assist our clients and business partners in concluding distinctive, substantial and sustainable business decisions.

TSS, through our diversified investment portfolio operates in various business sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, business services, information technology and mining.
Due to our flexible investment philosophy, we have established an asset base that ranges from micro enterprises to large established businesses with annual turnovers in excess of R1 billion.

Ashmini hails from the small Indian town of Isipingo, in KZN. Growing up pre democracy era in SA, her parents, both schoolteachers, had a single minded, unwavering desire to educate their two daughters. Her father’s greatest ambition was to practice as an attorney in SA (he is late as of 1996). This dream remained unfulfilled, given the challenges experienced by people of colour and his lack of funding to support his studies. His vision was thus transposed to his two daughters, who both studied law and are currently admitted attorneys.
Ashmini’s love for labour law originated at University of KZN, under the lecturing skills of Professor Alan Rycroft, an inspirational teacher and author and continued to grow after she joined SST (then known as Molenaar and Griffiths Attorneys) as a young candidate attorney.
During the years that followed, she completed various other courses and as of late, the Directorship courses via The Institute of Directors in SA. She currently sits on various boards as executive and non-executive director. Ashmini’s current vision is to assist businesses in SA to grow to their fullest potential, thereby creating jobs and stimulating the economy. She currently focuses on developing businesses via networking the various companies that have partnered with TSS. With the assistance of SST Attorney’s, TSS adds additional value in labour and commercial law services to the various companies that are part of the TSS network.
